All sessions will comply with local and federal boating laws and regulations.

All participants must complete and sign our safety waiver before boarding the boat.

No alcohol or illegal substances will be permitted.

All water/tow sport participants must be able to swim.

Life jackets must be worn when instructed, including but not limited to while participating in water/tow sports.

Modest apparel must be worn at all times 

No shoes may be worn in the boat.

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

All participants must follow the Captain's instructions at all times.

Sessions may be subject to delay or cancelation due to unsafe weather or water conditions.
